The form is processed on our own web space and the message is delivered to us by email. No third-party provider is involved and the data is not passed on to third parties. Along with the message, the time of submission and the IP address are transmitted (protection against automated abuse).

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
Retention: We keep the enquiry until it has been dealt with conclusively, and beyond that only within statutory retention periods.
