Our website is operated by an external provider. In this context, technical data (e.g. IP address) may be processed. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation).

This site uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect transmitted data.

5. Data collection

Server log files: browser type, operating system, referrer URL, host name, time, IP address.

Contact form: When you use the contact form, we process your first and last name, company, email address and – where provided – your phone number and the content of your message. This data is used solely to answer your enquiry.

6. Contact form

The form is processed on our own web space and the message is delivered to us by email. No third-party provider is involved and the data is not passed on to third parties. Along with the message, the time of submission and the IP address are transmitted (protection against automated abuse).

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
Retention: We keep the enquiry until it has been dealt with conclusively, and beyond that only within statutory retention periods.

7. Cookies / Google Ads conversion tracking

We only set cookies with your consent. On your first visit we ask whether you agree to Google Ads conversion tracking. Without consent, no cookies are set; all that is stored is your decision itself (locally in your browser, so we do not have to ask again).

Google Ads conversion tracking. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. If you consent and reached our website via a Google ad, Google sets a cookie (e.g._gcl_aw, _gcl_au; typically valid for 90 days). If the contact form is submitted within that period, Google learns that the ad led to an enquiry. We only see aggregate figures, never individual persons. We do not use remarketing or personalised advertising. Google may transfer data to the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Withdrawal: at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page. Withdrawal applies to the future; you can delete Google cookies already set in your browser.
